职位描述：
You will work on OI- Operation Improvement in Industrial Engineering. You will be master memory fab operation model- op metrics, line Inventory reporting structure, CT. And manage automation- delivery, dispatching and optimization of manufacturing system. In addition, plan plant, production facilities and equipment layouts, determines the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow, and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. Develops metrics to measure equipment and factory capacity and output, and to identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may plan and schedule training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

Skills Required:
? Strong coding experience on SQL/APFS mooth communication skill and T/S skill at least 5 years semiconductor experience excellent listening, written and verbal communication, tolerance of ambiguity and commitment to task.
? Excellent communication skills and English
? Need experience in project management
? Must be able to focus on multiple projects concurrently and prioritize workload.
? Demonstrate the capability of working in a high performing team culture which includes: setting high expectations, driving accountability to those expectations, role modeling the desired culture, possess excellent teamwork, demonstrated problem solving and prioritization skills.
? Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
? A minimum of a bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent with at least 2 years relevant work experience. 举报 分享
