工作职责：
- 进销存管理，完成一二级销量，通过可持续生意过程管理，达成生意目标。
- 团队管理，建设卓越销售团队，为公司培养人才。
- 执行追踪，确保团队正确执行，保质保量。
- 客户管理，确保客户策略和公司策略完美结合，与客户共赢。
- 理解市场，积极反馈，解码政策，确保落地执行。
- 资源管理，确保资源效率最大化。
 
职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上相关经验，良好的沟通能力和问题解决能力。
2. 快速消费品及冰淇淋行业销售经验优先考虑。
3. 有零售，分销商管理和团队管理经验。
