职位描述：
Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations for the offices & warehouses in PRD.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components.
- Monitor network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future.
- Maintain the asset and inventory for PRD.
- Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate purchases.
- Perform data backup and disaster recovery operations.
- Maintain logs related to network functions, as well as maintenance and repair records.
- Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software.
- Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.

Education and Experience requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years Infrastructure support & related experience, with at least a Diploma in Computer Science or IT related disciplines.
- Working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain industry & MNC is an advantage.
- Experience in troubleshooting on WAN, LAN, Servers, Firewalls, Network equipment, PCs, Printers & etc.
- Experience in Network security implementation.
- Experience in setup, troubleshooting Microsoft products.
- Good collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems through systematic analysis with sound judgment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage requirements independently.
- Ability to work under pressure.

- Conversant in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
- High proficiency in troubleshooting all Infrastructure issues.
- High proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting Microsoft OS and applications.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems by investigation and engage with others to explore and develop pragmatic solutions to problems.
