1. Establishing and maintaining quality management system with compliance with ISO9001, AS9100D & ISO14000
2. Handling customer audit and lead the team to take actions for any NCs to meet customer’s requirements.
3. Support routine Quality department functions, including product quality review, calibration and validation programs, line clearance, product returns, complaints and recalls.
4. Provide support for the implementation of good manufacturing practices standards
5. Be a mentor/coacher to train quality team.
6. Conduct quality planning to have all quality activity move smoothly.
岗位条件：
1. Major in mechanical, electronic and management is preferred;
2. More than 8 years quality management experience, more than 5 years quality management experience in foreign enterprise / group company;
3. Familiar with factory quality management system, such as ISO9001, AS9100D, ISO4000 and so on;
4. Skilled use of quality management tools and methods, such as 6Sigma, FMEA, Control, Plan, Gauge, R&R, SPC, CP & CPK, DOE, APQP, PPAP, Sampling Inspection etc.
5. Proficient in mechanical processing and manufacturing, have a certain understanding of product failure analysis and reliability analysis;
