OVERVIEW：
The Associate Manager is a member of the Creative Service team that supports creative needs in terms of coordinate project planning and in-store marketing materials preparation. He / She is responsible for delivery the window props and for a variety of in-store marketing martials (e.g. promotion signage, product signage, etc.) The respective work would need to meet the objectives/strategies for the Brand and for the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：
- Arrange and manage the routine work of the team.
- Formulate and planning for the all marketing project of all brands including cooperative department in HQ.
- Maintain and update production schedule for all projects.
- Work closely and collaborate with relevant departments to work together to make the production projects
more detailed and clear.
- Define and implement best practices among the great China production team and Vendor.
- Work together with upstream and downstream teams or functions to enhance cross-functional cooperation
and communication.
- Keep up with the latest production methods, techniques, and technologies through training, education, and
exhibitions.
- Create and continuously refine the production process and protocols to ensure vendors produce and deliver
collaterals in a timely manner with perfect quality.
- Continuously work with vendors to find innovative ways to drive down production cost while keeping up the
quality and productivity.
- Manage the logistics of training classes and facilitate content as appropriate.

- Excellent follow through

- Planning and Priority Setting
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- 5 + years of production project management experience.
- Professional knowledge of props production will be a plus
- Regular knowledge of printing production preferred
- Excellent artistic accomplishment
- Innovative thinker and process development
