职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
? Responsible for recruitment process in Yian Office and SK Hub (resume screening, interview arrangement, first round interview etc)
? Conduct exit interviews with leaving staff and related documentation issues such as final payment calculations
? Conduct on-board orientation program for new hires and related documentation issues
? Maintain record on company Training Sponsorship Scheme
? Assist in organizing in-house training class, seminars and coordinate external training course
? Handle compensation and benefits administration such as payroll calculations; income tax declaring; leave management and attendance checking; social insurance; housing fund contribution; group medical insurance; annual body check arrangement
? Administer the employment and labour contract such as contract renewal, probation review etc
? Administer the labour contract with 3rd party HR agent
? Participate and coordinate the employee relations activities such family day, annual dinner, festival / birthday gift preparation, WLB activities etc;
? Handle routine chores : HR reporting, staff movement, correspondences (notice, announcement, letter issuance), employee files maintenance,
? Provide HR advice to employee on policy, guideline and local law
? Support annual HR activities such as annual performance review, objectives review
? Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Key Qualifications:
? 3 – 4 years experiences of human resources field (all-rounded)
? Bachelor degree majoring in HR management, Administration or related disciplines.
? Well versed in the China labour law
? Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
? MS office applications and Chinese window
? Good communication and interpersonal skills 举报 分享
