Responsibilities:
1. To assist FSE Manager well to manage third party field service engineers at CM site. Ensure good organizational structure and work discipline at CM site.
2. Assist PM and VPE to complete customer’s requirement for fixtures bring up and maintenance.
3. Enact reasonable manpower plan and training plan to complete customer requirement for project progress. Get customer recognition in field service at CM site.
4. To provide service for device onsite verification and maintenance,
5. To understand well about the developed application, knows how to debug. Analyze possible issues during test, and modify settings and parameters accordingly to make the device meet requirement.
6. To daily report debugging status, and quickly get help when necessary.
7. To manage a field service team, finish device installation and qualification work according to customer requirement. Report to PM and work according to PM requirement.
8. To manage the field service team to maintain device running normally, solve any issues in shortest time.
9. Train new team members, assign tasks to team members, and assess their performance.
10. Communicate with customer to win customer trust and support.
11. Need to work on both day shift and night shift.
12. Can travel according to company requirement, maybe last for several months.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree on engineering field such as: Computer technology, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
Languages:
Chinese;
English: Can listen, read and write in English(Basic); good skills in speaking and writing is preferred.
Professional Experience 专业技能:
1. More than one year experience on 5+ persons team management.
超过一年的工作经验，有人员管理经验者优先。
2. Device debugging experience on electrical non-standard devices.
有非标自动化设备调试经验。
3. Long time field working experience is preferred.
有现场服务经验者优先。
4. Vision system related experience is of benefit.
视觉系统相关经验者优先。
5. Familiar with OA tools such as computer operation, Office, etc.
熟悉OA系统和电脑操作，熟练使用Office软件。
Personal Qualification 个人资格:
1. Good commitment to achieving team goal.
有责任感去完成团队的业绩指标。
2. Hard worker.
工作努力认真。
3. Good communication skill.
