职位描述：
1.Develop local digital marketing strategy and programs, aligned with business objectives, messaging and corporate brand standards as well as follow internet best practices
制定数字营销策略和计划，使之与业务目标、总部品牌策略相一致
2.Management of digital approaches and tactics: Website, Intranet，EDM, SMS, PPC, SEO, social Media and master related Technology
管理和维护数字营销相关的渠道和工具，包括但不限于：网站、内网、EDM、短信、竞价排名、搜索引擎优化、社交媒体等
3.Identify both short and long term approaches and digital initiatives for Sales support/leads generation, key customer segments and business units, potential education which will grow customer acquisition, retention and cross “sell”
发展各类短期和长期的数字营销手段，通过扩大客户营销，针对终端客户（医生、护士和患者）的需求进行内容营销，达成业务目标
4.Coordinate online campaigns and customer/patient club, work with Business Unit/department for best digital practice
负责线上项目的市场推广，配合业务部门开展数字营销工作
5.Management vendor relationships for digital activities
维护供应商关系
6.Other duties as assigned as marketing communication support including offline events and public relationship and digitalized materials
作为市场传播支持协助线下活动，公共关系和数字化材料
7.Intensive internal and external communication and cooperation
密集的内外各部门的沟通协调与合作

任职要求：
 Bachelor and above degree in marketing, business or related major
大学本科及以上学历，市场营销，商务或相关专业
 3-5 working experience in digital MKT, B2B digital experience is preferred
3-5年B2B数字营销相关经验优先
 Targeted oriented, creative and passionate
目标导向，富有创造力和激情
Strong communication skill and good copy write skill
优秀的沟通技巧和较强的文案功底
 Personal leadership and ownership
主动性强；极强的责任感
 Understands marketing of Medical device
了解医疗器械市场
General knowledge on hemodialysis products, target segments, customer attributes and terminologies, or quick learner on medical knowledge
对血液透析产品及其目标市场细分，客户属性和术语有基本了解，或对这些知识能够快速学习掌握
Strategic sense/understanding capability to support comprehensive marketing
有能够支持综合营销的战略思考的能力
