职位描述：
1. Supervise smooth daily operations and customer support activity,
2. Raise the quality of service and productivity,
3. Innovate with new processes and create added value,
4. Manage the OPS team (3 persons) and further develop/train it,
5. Develop/implement new products, product changes,
6. Define and organise customized operations for new customers,
7. Ensure the drafting and up-dating of all needed SOP and Service Standards (internal, with customers, with partners),
8. Implement and maintain knowledge management in the team,
9. Manage and monitor CLEVY service providers (warehouse, local transport, international transport, customs agents, etc), participate to the procurement negotiations in China; the procurement of air transport is a major focus,
10. Manage the customer support : management of returned parcels and compensation for lost when any, active follow-up of claims; the claims come from the Chinese sellers/consolidators,
11. "Product Owner" role for OPS requirements for the development of proper IT system features,
12. Develop, optimize and supervise CLEVY warehouse operations in Shenzhen.

Reporting :
 The position is attached to the General Manager of CLEVY, a French national fluent in Chinese, acting Chair of the EU Chamber Logistics for South China & Advisor of the French Ministry for Foreign Trade, formerly in the top management of a very large international transportation group.

Requirements:
1. Graduate of an undergraduate diploma,
2. Above 5 year experience in international logistics, preferably in postal or the express delivery industry,
3. Experience in managing a team and interacting with Customers and Service Providers,
4. Experience in e-commerce logistics or warehouse management appreciated,
5. Good command of English, especially reading and writing - the position requires to communicate with European partners,
6. Overseas experience is an asset,
7. Deep personal involvement, sense of responsibility,
8. Rigorous and well organized, strong analysis capacity,
9. Team spirit, good relational, communication and coordination capacity,
10. Willing to work on new projects which require to work resourcefully with high reactivity, autonomy and initiative, but also allows to exercise responsibility. 举报 分享
