Position: Electronics Engineer
Report to: R&D Manager
Location : Shenzhen
Responsibilities:
1. Independently carry out the design and testing of product, make a complete test report.
2. Independently formulate the test production flow, and help to analysis the sample product.
3. Create cost down proposal with purchasing department and vendor from technical view, especially focus on PCBA solutions for existing products such as flash driver,power bank and etc.
4. According to requirements for product changes and according to site environmental requirements for product material selection. Evaluate and select components and chipsets for analog/digital circuits for Bluetooth and audio connectivity products and make the BOM.
5. Analyzing and solving the productions in production and normal usage process, improving the performance and reducing the cost for product. Making a complete test report .Independently formulate the test production flow, and help to analysis the sample product.
6. Help for the component molding, design of the drive circuit for audio system, and the audio component molding. Adjusting the audio parameters and assist the software developers to develop drivers. Help to create design documentation.
7. Assist product development Engineer to finish the overall machine development. Improving the existing product and help to production techniques server.
8. Other routine tasks or urgent tasks assigned by R&D Manager.
Requirements:
1. Rich industry experience in memory field. Be familiar with the cost down process of flash drive,power bank and Bluetooth related products.
2. Major in Electronics, telecommunication, computer or related majors.
3. More than 3 years experience in product design. Prefer the candidate have been worked in a foreign company.
4. Be familiar with EMC protection design, safety design, thermal design, and have a basic understanding in CE,UL,FCC etc.
5. Good English reading/writing and communicate ability.
