Purpose
Responsible for developing and coaching new Official Partner (OP); Design the people, customer, market development plan for OP;
Dual functions of OP activities and business development activities, to achieve OP turnover, profit and growth targets defined by Sales Manager;Manage the accounts receivable, communication between company and OP; Ensure to minimize the business & compliance risk.
Responsibilities
1.Channel performance achievement linked with OP target, assist OP with selling products, developing sales and marketing plans.
2.Channel joint action support, including joint seminar, customer development and joint visit, etc
3.Channel development feedback from local market and competitors.
4.Develop new channel network growth in domestic market, implementing the channel development strategy
5.Follow up on the performance, conduct regular review with partners
6.Channel training including technical, products, channel policy training and other commercial training.
7.Close communication with Cahnnel Management team daily
8.Keep communication with Regional sales manager weekly; and Industry sales engineer depend on customer/account case by case
9.Work interactive with other department like back office, supply chain, BI, Finance team and PMM team
10.Leading & planning OP’s business development strategy together with OP’s key stackholder and motivate them;
11.Training and support OP’s sales on product, application and joint customer visit
12.Coaching and manage OP’s perfoamce by regular sales review; coutmeasure planning
Requirements:
1.Technical Bachelor degree (Automation, Process Engineering or Mechatronics preferred)
2. Postgraduate study in Technical Business or Business Administration is a plus years of relevant business experience necessary.
3. Local language, English business level (reading and spoken), Fluent in English is a plus
4. A strong industry experience is must as background, if could be related to the products of Festo, is a plus.
5. 2-3 years in Sales and channel experience in automtion industry is a must
6. Has CRM Tools working exprience
