POSITION GOALS:
To maintain employee life cycle changes in HR Database (PeopleSoft) and process HR administrative tasks from country HR
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate HR reports for APAC countries.
Provide system report analysis to APAC HRs
Check the requests via workflows related to hires, rehires, transfers, salary changes for data completeness and accuracy.
Ensure request complies with JLL Data Integrity guidelines.
Liaise with the country HR for clarification and corrections to complete the requests received.
Maintain timeliness and accuracy beyond SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Handle escalations as per SLA.
Maintain metrics for performance review and client reporting.
Process daily general HR administrative duties.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Deliver services beyond SLA.
Participate and contribute in enhancing productivity.
EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a PeopleSoft environment preferred.
1-3 years of Experience in HR and global data management preferred.
Excellent communication skills – telephone, written and in person are essential.
Fluent English, written and oral
Must show initiative.
Ability to work within tight deadlines and to prioritise workload.
Graduates/Post Graduates are welcomed
