Role & Responsibilities:
a. Answer inquires from overseas office and local customers
b. Be the interface between customer and Agility operation team/overseas office to coordinate shipments arrangement, track and trace and make required reports.
c. Work closely with capacity team for loading plan base on shipment status
d. Make Shipping instruction ( SI ) and other related required document to operation team
e. Settle problems/complains with overseas office, report and escalate to superior for instructions in regard to tough issues
f. Confirm Billing from overseas and make sure the accuracy and create DNF ( Dispute Notification Format) in system
g. Make required reports
h. Maintain good relationship with customers
i. Any other works assigned by the management.
Education and Experience requirements
a. Degree in freight forwarding, international business administration, logistics or relevant discipline
b. Min 2 years of professional and solid experience in the transport, freight forwarding or any logistics field and 1 year working in global forwarder
c. Industry knowledge for handling procedures of airfreight.
d. English CET 4
Skills/ Competencies required
a. Solid freight forwarding operational know-how
b. Strong customer relationship skills
c. Strong communication and inter-personal skills
d. Self-motivated, organized and focused
e. Advanced computer literacy: good PC skills, and capability to use internal tools
