岗位职责：
Preparation and Review of Complex Account Reconciliation;
Adherence to SOX controls;
Deep Understanding of upstream and downstream process;
Escalation and resolution management;
Ability to streamline, simplify & standardize processes;
Championing Change management;
Manage complex sub process across Brands;
Manage increased span of control;
Leading large teams including Appriasals & managing complex people issues.
Operational review;
Perform Trend analysis, Balance Sheet review;
Managing multiple stakeholders;
Coaching and mentoring;
Grow & flow, retention of talent;
岗位要求：
SAP GL exposure with finance education background;
Knowledge of specialized accounting process like pension acctg, severances, IFRS, revenue recognition etc.,
Understanding of ERP structure relating to hierarchies like PC, CC accounts;
Working knowledge of BEX (any reporting tool);
Team Player, team management of more than 10 persons;
Interact with internal/external teams;
Adaptability and Flexibility.
