职位描述：
1) Principle Responsibilities/Duties主要职责/任务:
a) Responsible for supplier quality assurance, issue CPAR and base supplier qualification procedure to control the supplier quality issue.
负责供应商品质保证，发行纠正和预防措施要求表，并根据供应商的改善措施控制供应商品质问题。
b) Deal with customer complaints; establish the corrective and preventive actions to improve our product quality.
处理客户投诉，并制定纠正和预防措施去改善产品质量。
c) Input FFQA Inspection data, make final finish quality assurance monthly summary report and IPQC defect summary report.
在系统中输入FFQA检查数据，并完成最终品质月报告和制程不良总报告。
d) Link ECN, incoming material daily report, FFQA monthly report, pilot run report and vibration test report to website.
负责在网上链接工程暂许通知，来料日报告，最终品质月报告，试产报告和振动测试报告。
e) According to ISO9001 procedure to audit internal quality system.
    根据ISO9001程序审核公司内部品质体系。
f) Do some assistant jobs such as meeting report and QA attendance.
    处理一些辅助工作如会议报告，品质部门出勤。
g) Perform other duties as assigned.
    完成其它的指派工作。

2) Qualification Requirements of the Incumbent资格要求:
b. Academic教育:
Degree in refrigeration or mechanical.
制冷专业或机械工程专业。

3) Job Experience工作经验:
At least 3 years experience in QA.
品质管理至少3年工作经验。

4) Technical knowledge技术知识:
Familiar with IQC, IPQC, QA. Master 5S, PDCA management and SPC. Familiar with ISO9000 and ISO14000.
熟悉IQC, IPQC, QA，熟悉5S, PDCA管理和SPC，熟悉ISO9000和 ISO14000。

 5 ) Computer skills电脑技能:
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel.
熟练使用电脑办公软件。

6) Other skills / Training requirements其他技能/培训要求:
Acquire ISO9000 internal auditor certificate.
获得ISO9000内部审核证书。

7) Language语言:
1. Mandatory基础项 : Mandarin普通话
