职位描述：
Job requirements：
1、Over 3 years`experience in lean and continuous improvement in manufacturing；
2、Bachelor degree or abovein science/technology；
3、Master lean tooling ,such as production line layout , SMED、 standard work, problem solving,Action research ,VSM,Kanban management,field work,3p,TPM；
4、Master AUTO CAD and office software ,such as MS-office；
5、Written and read English is a must；
6、Good communication skills, and result-oriented ,innovative and self-started；
7、Data analysis skills；
8、Training/coaching skills；
9、Learning capability。
Major Responsibilities：
1、Establish， implement and continuously improve lean production system；
2、Identify and implement lean projects；
3、Set up and continuously reduce standard working hours；
4、Production layout development、implementation and improvement；
5、Production capacity planning and improvement；
6、Setup and continuously improve standard work；
7、Deliver training to all employees for lean tools；
