职位描述：
Responsibility
- Be responsible for Operator, QC, Tech & Engineer operation training, certification, recertification &
  multiple training (for L1 DL & IDL training conducting and L1.5 MS training and L2 & L3 Tech/Sr. Tech/ Staff Tech training coordinating);
- Update training material & test paper per production process change;
- Conduct the spec update & TECN training to relevant people;
- Coordinate with production department to arrange training schedule;
- Be responsible for training records management;
- Timely feedback trainee’s training performance to his/her direct supervisor;
- Track training progress and ensure training quality to meet the certification requirement.
- Apply software for technical training course designation and development
- Assistant with Training System & Program owner, coordinate with relevant dept. for continuous improvement


- College and /or above in electronic & mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Have more than 3years working experience and/or technical training experience in Semiconductor
  Company preferred.
- Fluent in both oral and written English.
- Proficient in MS software (Word, Excel, PPT, Flash, Photoshop…)
- Good at technical curriculum development
- Good communication skill & strong sense of teamwork
- Self-motivated and is willing to take challenge and improvements 举报 分享
