职位描述：
主要职责 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 负责休闲男装产品的设计以及开发，主要针对羽绒、夹克、外套、便西等。
Responsible for Latitude branding men’s clothes design and development, products include downwear, Jacket, overcoat and suit, etc.
2. 收集及分析服装市场趋势等信息（流行趋势、销售量、价钱等）。
Collect and analyse clothing market trend information includes fashion trend, sales volume and price, etc..
3. 面料和辅料开发。
Materials (fabric and trims) sourcing.
4. 样衣的成本价谈判。
Garment price negotiation.
5. 各类供应商的管理。
Supplier management.
6. 保持与各部门的合作。
Cooperation with other department.

职位要求 POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. 教育背景与专业Required Education Background & Specialty：
大专以上学历，设计相关专业毕业。
College degree above of relative textile/design area.
2. 工作经验年限Years of Working Experience：
3年以上工作经验。
More than 3 years working experience.
3. 语言能力Language Skills：
普通话熟练，英语良好更佳
Fluent Mandarin，good English is a plus
4. 电脑技能Computer Skills：
熟悉设计和绘图软件，如AI, CDR, CAD, Photoshop, etc. Microsoft office。
Design and drawing software, such as AI, CDR, CAD, Photoshop, etc. Microsoft office software.
5. 专业经验及工作技能Professional experience & working skills：
1) 有男装外套产品的设计专业知识和开发经验。
Have experience and professional knowledge in men’s suits and downwear products’ design and development.
2) 有男装设计和绘图能力，能独立设计男装。
Have professional design and drawing skill for men’s wear. Independently design men’s fashion wear.
3) 对梭织面料和辅料采购有专业知识。
Have professional sourcing knowledge and skill of woven fabric and trims.
4) 有选样衣和与各类供应商价格谈判的工作经验。
Have experience in working with garment factory for sample selection and price negotiation.
5) 有产品组合，服装制作流程，图案工艺制作经验。
Have experience of garment industry, included product assembly, production process, pattern making, etc.
