Responsibilities:
1. Strategically partner with the assigned business (HR BP and Hiring Managers) to meet their
requirement needs
2. Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, selection, and support till successful offering
3. Obtain requirements on candidates from hiring managers and identify potential candidates by using different Channels
4. Coordinate job description updating with departmental manager
5. Data management for daily hiring tracker, report and analysis of interview result
6. Be update with recruitment best practice, channel management activities, potential use of new
sourcing channels & techniques
Requirements:-
1. Good command of the English language both oral and written.
2. Highly motivated with the ability to work independently within a computerized environment.
3. The ability to place a minimum of 30 outbound cold calls daily.
4. The ability to engage prospective candidates.
5. The willingness to accept ongoing coaching.
6. 4 years’ experience in recruitment.
7. Be familiar with MS Office.
