职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Review and approve UI flow to make sure software requirement was clearly defined.
? Work with cross functional team to review the effectiveness of UI flow from consumer point of view to make sure there is no annoying logic.
? Create software test plan matrix & test case based on software spec.
? Guide/execute software verification test at suppliers, DQTP and PSI.
? Review software test report from supplier, DQTP and PSI.
? Work with team to ensure software submission as per expectation before EB start.
? Follow and track the software issues by VSR system and make sure issues were closed effectively.
? Work with team to run risk evaluation to identify the risk of software by failure mode evaluation and make sure all the software risks were mitigated before PP.
? Work with team to implement software improvement activities during sustaining phase and make sure the effectively verification of software.
? Build up software quality management process by using PDCA methodology during product NPD/NPI/Sustaining phase.
? Review and continually improve software verification process at Sub-suppliers, DQTP and PSI side.
? Learns learnt management of software issues

Position Requirements/ Experience:
? At least 8 years work experience in embedded system software verification test.
? Good knowledge of software development and verification process of electronics control system.
? Good knowledge and experience of hardware/software interactions related to embedded control system.
? Regularly creates, executes, and supervises software test plans.
? Good experience on error checking techniques.
? ISTQB certified (Preferred).
? Knowledge of CMMI or ASPICE.(preferred)
? Good English reading & writing skills.
? Good coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
? Demonstrated high level of engagement and self-motivation
? Demonstrated decision making capability: use logic and insight to solve Quality System problems and create effective solutions.
? Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment 举报 分享
