Day to Day Responsibilities:
A project engineer is an individual who will be responsible for presale support, the engineering design , installation, commissioning and start up on a specific project
Be responsible for the safety of each project
Provide G4 reactor technical proposal based on the G1 reactor test information during presale support stage
Collect relative information from G1 test for G4 pressure drop and capacity calculation
Develop PID of G4 reactor
Studies the reactions happened on G1reactor and develop the PID for the auxiliary dosing lines accordingly
Communicate the proposal clearly with Sales people and customer
Implement engineering design, including identifying operation condition and specification, quotation of devices and supplier selection
Install all devices in the field of Supplier or customer site
Complete the commissioning activities in the field of supplier and customer
Start up the G4 reactors and auxiliary dosing lines in the field of customer safely and smoothly.
Project management (i.e. Cost and schedule control )

Education & Experience
Bachelor ‘s degree with Chemical Engineering or instrument /electrical discipline
Working experience in Chemical plant/chemical design company at least for 5 years
Experience of instrument or electrical technician or engineer, know how to select, install and maintain instrument and electrical devices.
Required Skills
Written and Oral language skills vital – English, Chinese
Free to travel – often
Good command of office software, excel, and CAD software
Be familiar with instrument installation and maintenance, such as PLC/DCS, pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, level switch…
Be familiar with low voltage cable connection, such as pump motor connection, lighting…
Soft Skills
Team player
With proactive attitude and willing to learn
Have a sense of responsibility
