职位描述：
This role will be responsible for managing multiple, complex IT projects supporting the china region business, Especially in Cabling project for new plant or relocation.
a. Directly interfacing with regional IT managers and plant IT PM to gather business and functional requirements for systems and solutions.
b. Work with group IT to learn and understand the group IT standard, and follow up group standard when design or implement the project.
c. Interacting and facilitating meetings with core solution teams, vendors, and output the cost effective IT proposal or solutions.
d. Work with local IT PM to monitor and deliver project results.
e. Managing and maintain the vendor relationships
f. Make sure the support team to transition projects into support at the close of projects.
职位要求：
Working Experience:
- 3+ years in cabling project experience, or had experience that integrate JV/purchased unit into group IT infrastructure standard.

Knowledge & Skills:
Technical:
a. Deep understanding of cabling project knowledge.
b. Solid knowledge of network administration, server room operation.
c. Very Familiar with AutoCAD.

Soft Skills:
a. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Chinese.
b. Able to lead, plan and execute technical project/tasks.
c. Is able to understand, explain and present complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical.
d. Good self learning ability.
