MAIN LOCATION: Chongqing SUBORDINATES:Around 10-20 people
Job Summary:? To lead sales force and local service team of defined office;

? To make and realize sales target and promote company's product in this area;

? To co-ordinate works with back office, i.e. service, application, support from factories;

? To make develop market potential for DMG and keep DMG team develop;

? To execute company rule and follow up, keep good communication with management.

Duties & responsibilities:? Sales of company machines to reach company target
销售公司的机床以完成公司的目标
? Build, develop and motivate a team of strong sales force (including MIS training) & local service capacity
建立、发展并推动一个团队,包括强大的销售力(包括MIS的培训)和当地服务支持能力
? Develop new accounts & business opportunities
发掘新客户和商业机会
? Create product awareness to the market/areas assigned
增强产品在负责的区域/市场内的知名度
? Find suitable candidates for empty sales areas
为销售区域的职位空缺寻找合适的应聘候选人
? Analyze local sales areas and develop strategies for improved area sales effectiveness
分析当地销售区域和发展战略,以提高区域销售效力
? Review/analyze sales forecast against actual sales weekly and find solutions with the sales team for performance improvement. (Performance Management – including proper job appraisal evaluation)
每周审查/分析销售量的预测与实际销售对比,找出解决销售团队提高业绩的方法(业绩管理—包括适合的工作评价)
? Ensuring that subordinates are being trained and equipped with proper knowledge and skills through Training Needs Analysis
通过培训需要分析来保证下属受培训并具备必要的知识和技能
? Responsible for ensuring and driving the team to achieve and exceed the yearly budget set
有责任保证带领团队完成并超过每年设定的预算
? Operating within the budget to run the operation in the most cost effective manner
在预算内以最有性价比的方式运作
? To handle local customers enquiries/ requirements
处理当地客户的要求/咨询
? Build strong rapport with customers
与客户建立牢固的密切的关系
? Ensure fast and correct quotation procedure to customers
确保对客户有快速而正确的报价程序
? Involve in price negotiation between sales manager and customers
参与销售经理和客户的价格谈判
? Ensure goods are received and delivered to customers as per requested dates
保证货物收到并按客户的时间要求交付
? Take over responsibility for collecting FAP signature from customer after machine instalment
负责在机械安装后收集客户的最终验收证明
? Facilitate and update the accounts department on payments
向财务部门更新付款信息
? Formulation of new sales presentation slides when necessary
必要时制作新的销售介绍演示文件
? Prepare sales reports (weekly) and forecasts (monthly)
准备每周的销售报告和每月的预测
? Source for customers through cold calls, emails, and appointments, etc.
通过电话、电子邮件和约见等争取客户来源
? Any other responsibilities that the company may assign from time to time based on need
根据公司需要负责其它分配的事务
Qualification:
? Bachelor Degree with Major in Marketing or in Mechanical Engineering related field
市场营销或机械工程相关专业本科以上学历
? Minimum of 7 years work experience as a sales manager in a multinational company and minimum 2 years management experience relate to machine tool business
至少7年在跨国公司销售经理工作经验,2年以上在机床相关领域
? Good understanding of the mechanical products as well as well experiences in commercial
了解机械产品,有良好商务经验
? Excellent English, good computer skills
优秀的口头及书面英语能力,良好的计算机技能。
? Excellent communication skills, pro-active and independent, team worker
良好的沟通能力,具有主动、独立的工作能力及团队协作精神
? Friendly, open and looking forward for new challenges
