职位描述：
职位：产品/技术培训专员（兼技术支持）
工作地址：北京 或 深圳

PRIMARY FUNCTION：
1. Develop and implement customer training course in Beijing or Shenzhen training room
2. Maintenance training room’s daily work ,such as install Ups ,and admin work during training
3. Answer the technical question for field engineers about the UPS product , solve problem by phone as could as you can .
4. Follow up the Quality issue to solve UPS problems,
5. Join New product develop project ,prepare training Demo unit and material for New product
6. Go to the site to solve field issue when need

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS：
A. Good communication skill with customer
B. Team work
C. Basic knowledge on electric ,
D. Basic English reading and writing
E. Good skill to use the outlook and office
F. Standard mandarin Speaking

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
1. More than two years UPS field service experience
2. Accept business travel in need
3. Failure report writing ability
