KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer accountabilities:
? Deliver quality support to the appointed accounts including items such as product/process change notifications (PCNs), discontinuation of delivery notification (DODs), quality alerts and audits.
? Contribute to the customer’s product release process from the ramp-up phase through to the mass production
? Facilitate and coordinate the technical complaint handling process by collecting the customer’s information and involving appropriate support whenever needed to address root causes identification and corrective actions
? Promote and ensure professional and positive working relationships between all the involved parties (Customers, BUs, BLs, Manufacturing Operations, Quality Management CPCs and the Sales teams)
Ensure the correct information is exchanged forward and backward between internal and external parties (warehouses, distributors, customers and end customers)
? Drive improvement programs on quality related matters
? Work toward customers’ vendor rating improvement focusing on quality related criteria
? Drive the customer’s quality requirements and expectations toward the BLs
? Participate to the quality contract content definition, review, and negotiation
Communication:
? Facilitate proactive communication between the BU/ BL and customer experts for identified critical quality matters (customers, products, processes)
? Facilitate the communication exchange between the customer and the BL about audit plan set-up and execution
? Contribute to the quality knowledge maintenance and improvement within the team via knowledge and lessons learned sharing
? Provide specific EOS/ESD training to customers and proactively drive assessments on customer’s production lines in case of repeated EOS/ESD issues
? Participate in and/or contribute to the arrangement of customer business/quality review, meetings, conferences, and audits in sync with the sales representative
? Provide on-demand information to the customer about certifications, qualifications and regulations compliance for any quality matter and for environmental related items
Other expected contributions:
? Facilitate quality failure analysis process with emphasis on EOS, ESD and NTF types
? Assist in any negotiation with the customer about requests for cost compensations related to quality issues
? Facilitate ISO certification audits and internal self-audits in the site location (whenever applicable)
? Participate/oversee customer’s audits whenever applicable and needed
? Write, review, or provide inputs for the approval of the quality related procedures or work
Required Qualifications and Experience
? BS in Physical Science/ Engineering from a recognized university
? 5-8 years’ experience in semiconductor process, product, application, R&D, or design engineering
? Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills
? Demonstrated leadership and management experience working with cross functional teams on complex projects.
? Strong knowledge of the conformance, documentation, implementation and registration processes
