Marketing Analytics and Operations Manager
HP’s growing Marketing Media and Data Sciences team is responsible for enhancing the digital media performance through the use of data sciences and analytics platforms. We are looking for a world-class platforms professional to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
? The person will be supporting the Media and Data Sciences team of HP Inc. Marketing to work with multiple data sets, tools, platforms and technologies to integrate all data sources for media activation.
Education:
? Bachelor of Technology, Master of Technology, or Master of Science in Computer Sciences, IT, Information Sciences or similar streams or MCAs. No Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCAs).
Experience:
? Must be extremely strong in understanding both B2C and B2B data in the China marketplace.
? Must be experienced with local data vendors like SinoTrust, etc.
? 10-15 years of experience.
? Experience in the Digital Marketing space. Should have worked with Web traffic (Site catalyst or Google Analytics), DMP and DSP (BlueKai, TURN, DoubleClick) data.
? Experience in Data Architecture, Data Analysis and Database programing.
? Hands on experience in databases like SQL Server, Oracle, Vertica, Teradata, Redshift, Hadoop or similar platforms and Shell scripting.
? Exceptional data manipulation and analysis techniques; comfortable using very large (>10’s millions rows) datasets, containing both structured and unstructured data.
? Exposure to BI & Analytics tools like SAS, SPSS, R , Tableau, Qlikview, SAS Visual Analytics with strong understanding of data analytics and data siences.
? Experience in use of Big Data technologies (e.g. Hadoop, Hive, Pig, etc.) and cloud platform (AWS) is desirable.
? Experience with BlueKai, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Turn DataMine, Ensighten, etc. is preferred.
? Good understanding of social media platforms (Weibo, Sina, Wechat, etc.).
? Knowledge of demographics, psychographics and intent data vendors.
? Understanding of site tagging and knowledge of javascript is a plus.
