职位要求：

To hold pace with development in the other regions of the group, act as China head to take advantage of the full market potential and basic infrastructure. The role will be responsible for overall P&L performance of the group in China and directly report to the chairman of the group based in Europe

To build up, lead, and inspire a multi-functionall team in order to achieve the overall success of the company.

Our client has been an expert in producing and marketing food products for over 100 years. The business has been financially stable and solid, expanding fast thanks to the successful new product introduction across the globe. China has been the biggest market for the group in the past decades.

Description

To be responsible for overall P&L performance, to achieve the success of the company in accomplishing its goals as set through planning;

Play a key role in expanding China sales volume, through the existing product lines as well as new product introduction;

To set up and manage new production facilities in China;

Establish a strong culture of team based operations and procedures, compliance;

Profile

10+ years experience in Sales & Marketing management with reputable FMCG companies with international operations in China;

Familiar with NPD programs and preferably in food & beverage areas;

Track record of success in leading a business (unit) to some positive results;

Fluent Chinese and English;

Team builder, people orientated, hands-on, systems orientated thinker;
