? Role & Responsibilities:
? Receive and prepare pricing / quote requests
? Coordinate between operations and clients during transition phase
? Provide wide range of sales administrative support
? Assist in market and client research to aid in the sales process
? Prepare meeting material
? Assist in reporting when necessary
? Maintain customer tariffs, administrate necessary activities including rate increases and carriers schedules
? Track customer related activities with reporting to Sales / Sales Support Manager for further tackle
? Generate and distribute (internal/external) reports as assigned by the management
? Assist Sales /Sales Support Manager to maintain CRM update with the coordination of NOC
? Prepare quotations for general client inquiry and targeted accounts applying Agility pricing policy
? Close monitoring Sales performance in order to meet KPI and prepare weekly/monthly KPI report for corrective action.
? Job duty is subject to change/adjust in view of not limited to company’s discretion and/or market situation.
? Education and Experience requirements
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in services and logistics industry, having sales experience is preferable.
? Industry knowledge for handling procedures of air freight or sea freight import & export
? The candidates who can take the clients to join in us will be a prior consideration.
? Strong MS applications, fluent English and Cantonese/Mandarin
