Key Outcomes:
- Customer satisfaction from accurate billing summary showing breakdown of charge categories.
- Timely submission of Delivery KPI report.

Position Accountabilities:
- Coordinate with Operations team for preparation of billing summary aiming at timely, accurate and complete billing to customer.
- Collect data for delivery accuracy performance analysis & conduct preliminary investigate for failure cases.
- Prepare the DSO report, closely monitor DSO situation together with operations and account team.
- Perform any special duties/projects as assigned by the management.

Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
- Diploma or above.
- 2 years working experience in billing operations of air-freight/ logistics industry preferred.
- Computer literate, especially in Excel.
