Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

? Work with Operation to ensure service delivery, and right resource at right area.
? Cross-sell with Business Development team in TST and other divisions to present the TQM solution to key clients in local market.
? Strategic Planning on program generated business, especially for OOA clients.
? Regular key client visit and roadshow with TST BD and CRM team to boost the business growth.
? Work with marketing team on the marketing strategy of program client, such as service satisfaction survey and seminar.
? Attend review meeting to perform full review for the processes of client program to identify gap, inconsistency and areas of improvements through systematic or process change.
? Follow the internal quality system and HSE requirement of GC IAC.

Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)

? Good communication technique in both speaking & written of Mandarin & English.
? Willing to learn, work under pressure. Always keep tidy work & clear recording.
? Good team player, organized work manner.
? Good skill in computer using, typing, dressing manner, etc.
? Mature, can work independent. Be proactive and aggressive.
? Be willing to travel.

Education and Experience
? Bachelor Degree or above.
? At least 3 years of working experience in 3rd party or trading company or manufacturing factory.
