职位描述：
任职要求：
1、测控类、电子信息工程类，测控技术及仪器、仪器科学与技术专业优先考虑；
2、精通虚拟仪器等相关技术，熟悉LXI、PXI等仪器总线；
3、熟悉测试领域相关国标、国军标，具备接收器、适配器相关的测试系统设计经验；
4、熟练使用示波器、微波信号源、频谱仪、矢量网络分析仪等相关仪器；
5、掌握多个相关技术领域的测试方法和技术知识，如微波射频（收发机、上下变频等)，总线通讯(429总线、1553总线、光纤通讯等)、高速数字电路(FPGA、A/D、D/A等电路)；
7、具备系统解决方案经验，具备硬件图纸、测试软件框架搭建等设计经验，具备指导硬件人员、结构人员、软件人员进行设计实施的能力
8、有标准CPCI, PXI, FMC, VPX, VXI,标准平台设计经验优先;

2、自动控制、测控技术等专业毕业；
3、精通或熟悉测试系统构架、了解ATE测试和数据采集、了解信号调理；
4、了解测试领域情况、有过地面测试设备项目经验；
5、了解使用示波器、信号源等各类调试仪器；
6、熟悉PXI、PCI测试板卡(A/D、D/A等)规范和应用；
7、具有一定软件或者硬件开发经验；
8、有使用LabVIEW的经验，对常用传感器（或工控仪表）具有一定的技术知识和应用经验；
9、具有良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力；
