1、本科以上学历，通信、电子类相关专业；
2、具有两年以上雷达项目开发经验；
3、熟悉雷达射频单元的关键技术，对雷达射频单元的主要技术参数以及与处理单元的数据交互有深入的了解；
4、精通雷达信号处理，在雷达信号中频及数字化处理方面有一定的实际开发经验；
5、熟悉雷达回波信号杂波抑制算法的实现，有海杂波抑制相关开发经验者优先；
6、有软件无线电开发的实际经验，有舰载或船用雷达开发经验者优先考虑。
