职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 负责提供财务战略分析和管理，监督工厂会计实务，确保工厂财务合规
Responsible for providing strategic business analysis and the management and oversight of all financial accounting matters in the entity. Ensure fully compliance with local laws/regulations, corporate policy/procedures and internal control requirements
2. 全面负责公司财务工作，制定、维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策
Full responsibility for all financial processes and matters, setting, maintain and improve company financial management policies and procedures
3. 制定年度、季度财务计划和预算，制定成本控制计划，准备年度财务管理报告和审计报告
Preparing and monitoring budgets, financial planning, cost and plan controlling, timely preparation of monthly management reports and year-end closing per Chinese GAAP and group guidelines
4. 向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和必要的财务分析
Provide necessary finance analysis and reports to senior management
5. 进行成本预测、控制、核算、分析和考核，确保公司利润指标的完成
Carry out cost forecasting, control, analysis and assessment to ensure the completion of the company’s profit targets

REQUIREMENTS
1. 会计或相关专业本科及以上学历，会计师中级以上职称
Bachelor degree in Accounting /Finance, at least have an intermediate accountant certificate
2. 10年以上从业经验，5年以上中型工厂财务主管及以上经验
At least 10 years of working experience in accounting and finance area, at least 5 years of managerial experience in a middle to large size plant
3. 优秀的沟通表达能力
Good communication and presentation skills
4. 优秀的财务预测，财务分析能力。建立部门KPI指标
Good analytical skills in financial control, forecast, budget. Create and support department KPI dashboard.
5. 良好的英语口语和读写能力。大学英语六级或者以上
Good command of English, both in oral and written. CET-6 or above
6. 精通电脑应用，精通财务管理软件例如金蝶，SAGE.
Strong PC skills including MS Office and computer-based accounting systems such as Kingdee and Sage
7. 良好的职业操守，良好的财务保密意识
