1 PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The product engineer is responsible for providing effective and efficient products support for new product introduction, repair data analysis and continuously improving the product repair ability.
2 MAIN ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? To participate the new products introduction in accordance with NPI process as product support.
? Summarize the common repair methods and implement the relative train path for repair operator to guide them working correctly and efficiently.
? Provide product support for technicians or trouble shooters during daily test and troubleshooting work.
? Provide necessary support for the implementation of Repair Change Order.
? Analyzer the repair data and figure out critical faults using statistics tools, fill in the product related observation form and feedback to Repair Solution or PDU, looking for further actions or solutions.
? Organize the relevant activities to find out the root cause of the critical faults and work out the solving solution.
? Continuously look for ways to improve the repair methods in difficult troubleshooting.
? Provide the relevant training to repair line to build up multi-skill in repair ability.
? Provide the product support to SCOC.
? Trace new product proactively, introduce the relevant new product knowledge throughout RC with daily practice, training and knowledge sharing.
3 REPORTING LINE AND MAIN INTERFACES
Reporting:
? Reporting directly to Repair Operation Manager.
Interfaces:
? Internal Functions: Repair lines, Operation Support, Project, Quality & QD.
? External: OD & QA, MP, PDU, other RCs etc.
4 COMPETENCES REQUIRED
    Refer to E-com tools.
5 KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS
? University degree in Telecom or Electronics engineering.
? Profound knowledge of Wireless and Mobile Communication and the evolution.
? Comprehensive understanding of advanced Digital and RF designs.
? Good knowledge of Ericsson products is preferred
? Good at written and oral English.
? Good MS Office skills.
? Good interpersonal skill.
? Team-work spirit and self-motivated ability.

大学本科,电子、机电、自动化、通信等相关专业毕业,
至少一年工作经验,很好的专业理论基础,较好的分析总结能力,
熟练的文档书写处理能力,较强的英语读写能力,基本的英语口语能力。
薪资:
5-7千
