职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Customer Quality Manager to join a fast paced and growing team in Zhongshan, Guangdong. He/She will work to improve all quality complaint issues related to China operation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Hands-on position accountable for the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s quality system, standards and policies at manufacture process.
? Implement QA operating procedures including: training, corrective action reports (CAR, 8D), engineering changes (ECx), document/part control, in-process quality controls, QA audits, OBA, PPM, and quality metrics tracking and daily/weekly analysis of field failure reporting.
? Enforce compliance for SOPs, national and international safety standards; assist in quality
? Use quality tools (8D, 5xWhy, DOE, MSA, FMEA) to analyze customer quality issues, Organize daily meetings to initiate problem solving efforts to determine root case and drive implementation of improvements by means of 8D/CA reports.
? Lead monthly quality meeting with customer.
? Periodically report after sales Quality reviews on quality metrics to the management.


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
? Bachelor/Engineering degree or higher, or college degree with relevant courses and a minimum of 2-3 years experiences in a similar position in a western company in China.
? Bilingual Chinese nationals with English (CET-6 level or IELTS) are preferred.
? A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to process information quickly and in a manner that's consistent with existing procedures.
? Self-motivated, independent and confident to take initiative and carry out duties with minimal supervision.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPECTATIONS:

? Proven track record of managing injection (or metal, or fabric or mechanical) quality processes
? Knowledge and experience in quality control programs, engineering and technology principles and practices.
? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, identifying and addressing problems, and meeting deadlines.
? High level of communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement. 举报 分享
