职位描述：
1. 树脂性能评测（包括外购产品及自主研发产品）；
2. 配方开发（树脂合成）
3. 成品（客户端）的应用技术支持
4. 产品转量产技术支持

学历要求：
硕士、重点大学，高分子、有机合成等专业毕业。

专业能力要求：
1. 配方研究的能力;
2. 指导新产品小试、中试及在客户层面推广、解决客户应用中的技术问题能力；
3. 熟悉3C电子产品或水性木器漆涂料性能各项指标及测试方法；

工作经验要求：
1、有过水性树脂合成的开发经验，树脂类型包含丙烯酸树脂、羟基丙烯酸树脂、高分子饱和聚酯等；
2、有实验室转量产经验；
3、有树脂测评及应用经验。
4、三年以上电子产品、水性木器漆涂料研发经验优先，应用方向包含3C产品、水性木器漆领域
