职位描述：
Appliesintermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
Responsibilities:
o Conducts and summarizes complex data and business analyses to develop business plans, including revenue and demand projections, workforce optimization, and channel management.
o Constructs statistical and financial models with minimal direction to forecast business performance.
o Defines the metrics required to measure business performance, and compares actual data to forecasted values.
o Executes market research projects, gathers intelligence on current industry, technology, and consumer trends, and summarizes research findings tailored to business needs.
o Works with cross-functional teams to facilitate the data collection and performance measurement process, and escalates issues as necessary. Makes contributions to research and analyses on priority projects within established guidelines.

o Implement End of life(EOL) analysis by maintaining EOL Log, Gathering Baseline data, Gathering and summarizing Regional Fcst, leading EOL strategy discussion and implementing in WW
o Pursuing LTB avoidance, minimize the cost
o Manage part obsolete process and Proactive search for potential EOSL candidates; communicate to partners; manage part inactivation in system
o Implement EOSL analysis byIdentify/communicating unique spare parts list and compiling WW material availability data to related departments to evaluate EOSL extension
o Master data governance throughout the lifecycle in global level
o Address escalation regarding parts EOL
o Bachelor degree or above.
o Educationin English, Supply chain, engineering, manufacturer background or project management is preferred.
o 3~5 years working experience.
o Proven ability to lead, direct and motivate the other professionals toward organizational goals & objectives.
o Capable of data analysis using excel, access etc.
o Self-starter and independent thinker.
o Capable of managing in a matrix environment.
o Must have strong people skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Experience in developing business plans/proposals
o Innovative thinker with analytical/problem solving skills
o Understanding of operations management concepts.
