Job: Account Manager
Purpose of Job:
Develop new opportunities to maintain long-term relationships and maximize sales opportunities with potential and existing clients.
Job Requirement
Education/Experience
1.Graduated with a bachelor degree or above, majored in marketing, logistics or business administration.
2.Minimum 1 years’ experience in auto-logistics industry, especially with sales or customer service working experience in logistics field, preferably gained within a multinational logistics
3.Familiar with 3rd party logistics
Special knowledge
1.Have good conceptual knowledge in Account Management.
2.Good Computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and Power point, Outlook.
3.Fluent in spoken and written English, gained CET-6 above certification.
Business understanding/Competency
1.Good understanding of business and marketing dynamics.
2.Have solid execution and coordination ability.
3.Have strong communications and presentation skills.
4.Have strong customer oriented mind both internal and external.
5.Have flexibility and ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel
6.Be enthusiastic and motivated.
7.Good team player and result oriented.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Overall Assigned Account Management
1>Coordinate with dispatch team to ensure all new vehicle dispatching plans are dispatched as requested and maintain daily tracing report to customers until its accurate and safe arrival of 4S
2>Make solution to deal with the special case (over/lack vehicles or damage car handling) and settle the problem for customers timely.
3>Communicate with operation team to ensure operation result under Standard operation procedure(SOP) and meet client KPI standard
4>Propose improvement in process and communication to achieve better efficiency and better service
5>Work with operation team to resolve customer-related issues, and be responsible for business and profitability growth
6>Responsible for collecting for all Accounts receivables(AR) by reviewing AR on a regular basis with support of operation settlement team
7>Conduct analysis on the customer’s P&L and KPIs performance to identify focus areas for improvement
2.Business Development
1>Promote new solutions to grow additional and more business within the existing customer to achieve annual company budget(P&L)
2>Lead and coordinate all contract renewal negotiation effort with internal divisions
3>Responsible for the success of continuous contract renewal with favorable Pricing and Terms.
4>Identify and develop potential and sustainable customer relationship to materialize potential addition business from customers to the growth of new opportunities and achieve annual company budget(P&L)
3. Support Management
1>Provide regular account update to management
2>Responsible for leading preparation and delivering business reviews by monthly with customers.
3>Provide regular updates to senior management on customers’ initiatives, strategies, etc for their strategic direction and development
4>Support senior management in the shaping of strategic decisions
