职位描述
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Overall manager production team and equipment team to fulfill the required targets
2. Be responsible of the efficiency, quality, cost and safety of the production to meet the company's target
3. Conduct related incentive program;work out the training plan for the employees and implement it.
4. Monitor and implement the standardize management for the production, make sure the manufacturing capacity meet the requirement of the production
5. Find and use the advanced manufacturing technology, equipment and fixture in the production to upgrade the manufacturing ability, reduce the manufacturing cost
6. Follow up the new product launch, ensure pilot run and mass production of the new product smoothly and then meet the requirement of marketing
7. Focus on the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process, find and raise the improvement project, and monitor the implementation.
8. Be responsible of the maintenance and management for the factory facility, ensure the safety and smooth operation.
9. Preferable with working experience in ' lean manufacturing' planning and implement
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education: Bachelor degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, or other related discipline.
2. Experience: Eight years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a job shop.
4. Requirements: Understands lean manufacturing concepts and initiates process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English languages
