PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:
Provide reinforce to engineering capability and work as backup of plant manager in JTF.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Provide technical support to improve in process quality control.
2.Drive process capability improve project.
3.Drive supplier quality improve project, as well as supplier qualify.
4.Drive cost saving project from technical point of view
5.Drive equipment and tooling improve project
6.Work as backup and successor of JTF plant manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Minimum 5 years manufacturing engineering experience in iron casting plant
2.Thorough understanding of iron casting technical know-how, include but not limited in raw materials, element analysis, equipment, mould, and processes flow.
3.Good communication and express skill
4.Hand on and detail follow up work style
5.Trouble shooting ability and result orientation
6.Have team spirit and can take initiative.
