职位描述：
Summaries：
Develop and review business communication strategy and content and effectively serve needs of all relevant divisions and stake holders to support business development. Lead and oversee cross-functional collaboration and coordination with marketing / merchandising / operations / BD, etc. to produce materials for positive and proactive communication and provide tailor made PR support, story telling tools and necessary media training as an one-stop external communication partner/consultant. Also provide PR support and external communication consultation for special/sensitive projects at HO level as well as certain store level crisis management.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and review business communication strategy and content aligning with business divisions and functional leaders.
2. Effectively serve needs of all relevant internal / external stake holders to support business development, ensuring consistency of business messages in both internal and external communication.
3. Lead and oversee cross-functional collaboration and coordination with marketing / merchandising / operations / BD, etc. to produce materials for positive and proactive communication and provide tailor made PR support, storytelling tools and necessary media training as an one-stop external communication partner/consultant.
4. Lead and oversee key company campaign on both tradition and social media and develop effective measurement tools for evaluation and COE.
5. Allocate PR resources appropriately and collaborate with regional support teams to effectively deliver business messages across the country at regional levels.
6. Identify public speaking / PR event / media interview opportunity for top management and provide consultancy and PR support for all necessary public appearances.
7. Provide consultancy and support for Walmart Global programs / projects' communication strategy and execution in China.
8. Identify PR opportunity / issue / potential crisis at HO level as well as at store level and lead media communication strategy and preparation accordingly.

Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism or related fields.
? 7+ years in media / PR / communications including 3+ years in PR / communications as a team leader
? Excellent MS office skills especially MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
? Strong belief in corporate values and servant leadership with strong sense of FCPA, Ethics and Compliance
? Strong business sense to develop strategy and oversee execution for positive and proactive communication with strategic thinking and decision making ability
? Strong desire to take initiative and responsibility
? Result-oriented, positive and proactive mind set with great adaptability
? Strong people skills with motivating ability
? Strong communication skills with great team spirit
? Excellent command of spoken and written English with great public speaking / presentation skills
? High level of professionalism with good track record
? Work experience in multinational company / media / PR firm / retailing preferred
