职责 Responsibilities

1.Suggesting technical & commercial solutions to customers' inquires.
2.Receive and clarify the order and deliver order confirmation within specified time.
3.Well manage order changes.
4.Well bridge ex-works date and production capacity.
5.Making use of internal resources and organize correct and on time response.
6.Push for quality improvement and deliver qualified documents. 7.Take actions to prevent potential claims.
8.Monitor and ensure on time billing.

要求 Requirements

Bachelor degree (engineering background is an advantage);
1.Good command of spoken and written English;
2.Excellent communicator;
3.Excellent people and influencing skills;
4.Strong problem solving and co-ordination skills;
5.Good analytical and conceptual thinking;
6.Self-motivated and flexible;
