Due to our explosive growth and global expansion, we're looking for insanely driven Logistics - Business Development Manager. Hungry on the thought of developing and securing incremental revenue and market share through promotion and sales of Newegg Logistics Services while accountable to establish fruitful relationship with new targeted clients and leverage our services to existing clients? The Business Development Manager is expected to bring new businesses to Newegg Logistics and grow the existent accounts
Responsibilities/Duties:
? Identify business opportunities and generate profitable sales in both new and existing accounts to meet and exceed new business revenue goals.
? Maintains relationships with partners and customers by regular interactions
? Assist in the development and implementation of sales plans that support increased sales.
? Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
? Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
? Build and manage a strong sales funnel to meet the set goals
? Develop Sales team and manage team growth which includes hiring, mentoring and monitoring team performance
? Motivate team to generate sales and revenue
? Ensure achievement of company quarterly sales targets and profitability
Minimum Requirement & Special Attributes:
? Bachelor Degree;
? 6-8 years of experience in Sales and Business Development in logistics and 3PL services offering
? An obsession with client happiness. You succeed when they succeed;
? Self-starter with a positive attitude;
? Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to organize and present complex material in an easily understood manner. Exceptional professional demeanor;
? Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
? Adept in the use of Microsoft Office products.
Skills:
? In-depth knowledge of products and services.
? Demonstrated knowledge of sales concepts, methods and techniques.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments.
? Ability to develop strong business relationships within all levels of organizations, including senior level executives.
