职位描述
岗位职责:
Develop new customer and create new opportunity on existing customers with new technologies or processes.
开发新客户和利用新技术和工艺在现有的客户来创造新的机会。
Obtains new customer needs & market trends to feedback to R&D / New Technology department;
找出新客户祈望需求及市场趋势,并反馈给研发和新技术开发部;
Individual follow up quotation from RFQ till closing; Leading and review any commercial contracts negotiation;
能独立跟进报价,从报价要求直至确认下单;主导及检阅各类型商务合约谈判;
Performs any public relation works and marketing promotion works;
执行各项公关工作与及市场推广工作;
Assist superior to prepare sales plans, strategies and budgets;
协助上级拟订销售计划、策略与预算;
Execute the agreed sales plans & strategies according to approved budgets;
按已核准的预算来执行销售计划及策略;
Other departmental works assigned by superior
由上级指派的各项部门工作;
Build and manage a team of Business Development Executives with coaching and guidance;
负责建立与管理业务发展专员团队提供训导和指导;
岗位要求:
University graduated, preferred in engineering or polymer;
Fluent in speaking and written English (with CET6 or above) and Mandarin (Chinese);
Fluent in German is plus;
At least 5 years sales or account management experience;
With manufacturing experience in plastic injection molding & tooling is preferred;
Good PC knowledge on MS Office & PowerPoint and strong presentation skills;
Database knowledge is plus
Able to work independently; Open mind and able to stand for time constraint and pressure;
Self motivate, responsible, punctual, discipline; Willing to take challenges & responsibilities with never give up spirits
