职位描述：
? Manage all suppliers’ quality and support all those suppliers to meet Brose quality criteria.
? Adheres to Brose GUA & Brose Group Quality Policy.
? Establish supplier quality management system in Brose GUA Plant according to Brose Group supplier quality management guideline.
? Control and improve all suppliers to meet Brose quality requirement.
? Analysis and solve material quality problems in GUA plant.
? Go to Customer side to check and understand quality incident on Genba and transfer all information to plant side immediately as 5W2H and vehicle information.
? Work with plant process quality as team member and manage resident QC team.
? Organize the sorting in the customer side.
Specific duties and responsibilities

? Responsible supplier quality management in Brose GUA Plant. Responsible contact for all those supplier quality issues with all concerned suppliers which supply Brose SHN plant.
? Ensure supplier quality management system efficiencies.
? Claim confirmation with supplier regarding to the quality problem.
? Supplier corrective action responses and conduct follow-up verification.
? Improve supplier performance.
? Improve channels of communication between Brose SHN and suppliers with problem-solving and resolution.
? Communicate all necessary follow-up actions need.
? Participates in meetings between suppliers, engineers, and purchasing representatives to facilitate material substitution, standardization, rework, salvage, and economical procurement of parts/equipment.
? Maintain supplier information in SAP
? Report regularly customer and supplier performance data and chart.
? Internal support each customer team and production team with supplier quality issues, as need.
? Lead sorting and incident information check on the customer side.
? Keep quick response for customer complain and keep 0 defect on customer line after 0 km complaint.
? Organize resident QC and check the real parts in customer side including 0 km and warranty defect parts.
? Work with lab engineer and make the analysis report of warranty incident.
? Organize the Brose team to join the customer meeting or visit/audit.
? Tasks that are for the benefit of the Brose which assigned by manager.

Requirements on the job holder
Educational and professional training/relevant experience
? Minimum Bachelor degree level engineer in a engineering field
? Minimum 3 years experience in supplier or customer quality management in the automotive industry or ancillary industry

Specialized knowledge and skills
? Certified supplier quality assurance and auditor
? Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and quality planning methods
? Comprehensive knowledge of the production methods in use as plastic injection and metal welding
? Basic knowledge of environmental law and environmental technology
? Familiar with Chinese automotive market and industry
