Responsibilities :
? Proactively identify and source real estate investment opportunities
? Develop business opportunities with clients like institutional investors, domestic enterprises and high net worth individuals
? Participate in project marketing and manage the process thoroughly
? Perform any other sales management and administrative responsibilities as required.
Requirements :
? Bachelor degree or Master degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or Economics
? At least 8 years of experience in finance, asset management or real estate investment
? Strong social network with clients
? Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
? Fluent in Mandarin and English
? Willing to station in Chongqing, China
