Quality inspection and acceptance test at supplier site ( about 30% of total work) for :
- sheet metal parts (cutting-, forming-, welding-, structural steel-technology)
- machined parts and castings (milling-, turning-, grinding-technology)
- surface treatment (sandblast-, pickling-, passivation-technology) and painting (thickness-, cross-cut test)
- trial run of finished / completed machines / equipment;
Customer complaint mamt at office (about 70% of total work ) :
- ensure all complaints are timely recorded in SAP tool, and maintain QC database in SAP;
- coordinate with factories , 3rd party suppliers , CS and other functions to find out root causes and corrective actions timely;
- host weekly QC meetings with other functions;
- provide different kinds of QC reports to mgmt for monitoring quality development trend and decision-making;
岗位要求：
- Bachlor degree in Mechanical Engineering ;
- Min. 3 years of practical experience in mechanical manufacturing filed, Quality control function or customer complaint mgmt is a plus;
- Basic knowledge of Auto-CAD;
- Good skills in MS Office ( Excel, Word, and PPT etc) is required. Be familiar with Sap tool is a plus;
- Good English in written is required, and in spoken is a plus;
- Good skills in communication, coordination and cooperation;
- Team-oriented, process-oriented, open, flexible, independent.
