职位描述：
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
1) Provide leadership and direction to develop and execute product line manufacturing plans that support the business needs
2) Builds, develops, and manages team capable of carrying out needed operations strategies and improving associate relations
3) Drive operation excellence throughout the plant, developing and implementing best practices
4) Ensure process controls and improvements are generated to increase equipment efficiency, output and quality
5) Lead manufacturing engineering team to implement lean manufacturing, continuous improvement of manufacturing process and upgrading of automation
6) Implementing various Lean manufacturing tools to drive the continuous improvement program across all operational departments within the plant


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1) Deploy and lead various operational initiatives related Profit Plan & Strategic Plan
2) Identify key strategic initiatives for margin improvement through manufacturing rationalization strategies that align resources and reduce capital intensity
3) Supervises production; controls progress of product lines; balances the production conditions and ensures the smooth delivery of productions
4) Supervises the planning and execution of process efficiency advancement; guides the improvement and breakthrough of process efficiency and promotes the operation efficiency of machines and equipment.
5) Supervises and coordinates the introduction, trial run and incoming production of new equipment and new process needed by new productions; establishes technology and specialty to make sure that production and operation can be processed smoothly
6) Supervises the increase of equipment; puts forward effectiveness analysis about capital expenditure; supervises the improvement of production equipment and process to develop operation efficiency or productivity
7) Establish the continuous improvement culture through various Eaton tools and processes


SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
1) Bachelor degree with technical education background
2) Ten plus years’ experience in multiple Operations functions, gaining an understanding of end to end supply chain, from demand planning through delivery to the customer.
3) BS in Engineering/Technology required, advanced degree in Engineering/Business preferred, additional post graduate academic studies in Operations Management a plus
4) Strong Leadership Competencies (Leveraging Resources, Vision and Purpose, Strategic Thinking,
5) Accountability)
6) Ability to drive change and continuous improvement. Must be highly knowledgeable in Lean, Six Sigma.
7) Strong problem solving and creativity skills
8) Excellent communication and collaboration skills
