职位描述：
Job Responsibility
1) Place orders to suppliers and timely arrange suppliers for production according to orders' requirements.
2) Follow up orders from the very beginning till the end and deal with all emergencies between clients and suppliers;
3) Work closely with internal QA/QC and suppliers to ensure product quality; 4) Work closely with Purchase & Logistics department to ensure on-time delivery.
2. Other tasks
1) Input relevant data in SAP system timely and accurately;
2) Input relevant data in the forms of final costing chart/cash flow/production and related sheets timely and accurately;
3) Coordinate communication between clients and suppliers in order to manage clients' expectation;
4) Provide value-added service to all clients in an efficient and professional manner;
5) Other tasks assigned by operation manager.

Job Qualification
1. 3+ years working experience in international trade;
2. Solid product knowledge of garment and textile products.
3.High sense of responsibility, self-motivated;
4.Engaging & influential communication\negotiation skill;
5.Keen observation, analysis and coordination ability;
6.Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics;
7.Excellent team work and working well under pressure.
