职位要求：<p>The Product Manager is a business leader responsible for the management of the Market Segment with a focus on managing the process for maximizing profitable revenue growth to the targeted customer groups in selected area.The role is a leadership position which indirectly manages a group of Branch Office Sales Managers or Key Account Managers across China and steer the R&amp;D developments related to his markets.</p><p><strong>Client Details</strong></p><p>My client is a major player and market leader in power electronics applications and leverages this vast experience to supply solutions for isolated current and voltage measurements. Its provides all kind of isolated voltage and current measurement solutions into power conversion with one of the biggest market in renewable energy and power supplies. This position is reporting to the Sales General Manager in China and dotted line report to Global Product Manager of Smart Grid in Corporate.</p><p><strong>Description</strong></p><p>-Build the relationship with key people at major accounts for each market segments</p><p>-Understand competition</p><p>- Actively contribute to the Global market strategy</p><p><strong> Support design-in of new products:</strong></p><p>-Actively push new product/technologies at key customers</p><p>-Share best practices with customers</p><p>-Support key customers with technical questions</p><p><strong>Drive new product requests for/from China:</strong></p><p>Understand new product requirements</p><p>Interact with R&amp;D to find best solution for customer needs</p><p>Prioritize needs / opportunities</p><p> </p><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><p>-Bachelor degree or above in the electronics or power- electronics</p><p>-Solid understanding and experience of the Power Electronics segment (Smart Grid)</p><p>-Strong organizational and communication/influencing skills</p><p>-Fluent English written, verbal, and presentation communications skills</p><p>-Decisive and action oriented, with strong ability to drive</p><p><strong>Job Offer</strong></p><p>This is an excellent career opportunity to develop a promising future with bigger platform.
